Diagnostic Imaging Center at Pinnacle
The Diagnostic Imaging Center at Pinnacle provides imaging technology, including High Definition Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), 64-Slice CT Scans (Computerized Tomography), Ultrasound, and Digital X-Ray, together with expert professional interpretation.

Effective March 1, 2013 Pinnacle Hospital will begin the first Comprehensive Center dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral neuropathy in NW Indiana.
Located in Pinnacle Hospital, the Neuropathy and lower limb peripheral nerve center is the first comprehensive center dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral neuropathy. The Center is designed to specifically treat nerve related pain due to trauma, failed surgery, chemotherapy induced pain, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and other conditions.
Dr. Edgardo R Rodriguez and Dr. Roberto P Segura have combined their expertise in peripheral nerve research and advanced surgical techniques for the past ten years and has had over 80% success rate with patients across all types of conditions.

Dr. Edgardo R. Rodriguez- Lower Limb Peripheral Nerve Surgeon

With over 10 years of experience as a lower extremity podiatric surgeon, Dr. Rodriguez is an active member at Pinnacle Hospital and Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago. He has specific training in microsurgery and in the surgical decompression of lower limb entrapment neuropathies.
Dr. Rodriquez also specializes in complex foot disorders, deformity correction such as Charcot joint and hemimelia, and injuries of the lower leg, ankle and foot. He serves as faculty lecturer for various educational courses across the U.S., and is Co-Chair of the American Diabetes Association's Latino Initiative Program.
Dr. Roberto P. Segura- Peripheral Neurologist and Past Director of Electro Diagnosis lab at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago
Dr. Roberto P. Segura is dedicated to helping patients afflicted with painful nerve disorders. He is specially trained in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal and peripheral nerve disorders of upper and lower limbs, as well as general neuromuscular diseases.
Dr. Segura is active in research and continuing education, focusing on the neurologic complications of diabetes. Dr. Segura joined the Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch (CINN) as Director of Neurology and Neurodiagnostics. Dr. Segura serves as Co-Chair of the American Diabetes Association's Latino Initiative Program.
We have considerable success in relieving intractable pain and decreased mobility resulting from diabetic neuropathy, peripheral nerve effects of chemotherapy, trauma, rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions.
