Pinnacle Hospital is located on 93rd Ave. just east of Broadway in Crown Point, Indiana.

The main hospital telephone number is (219)756-2100. Call using the suite number to contact a patient. If you do not know the guest suite number, please call the main hospital number and we will assist you.
Parking
There is ample free parking just steps from the entrance to Pinnacle Hospital.
Visiting Hours
You are welcome to visit guests who are staying in the hospital during regular visiting hours, between 12 noon and 8 p.m. It is important to note that if you will be staying at the hospital past 8 p.m. or arriving after that time, you will need to use the entrance on the southeast side of the building.
